Begining of a new year, also a new begining of new year of schedule Marathon lining for the year 2008...

How about marking a new begining of healthy lifestyle by taking part in one of these Marathon?

All Marathons held promises of great gifts for all participants.
But guess its the honour of completing or even the placement of the race that excites the participants.

To perform during a race, its essential to be well prepared & trained...

Normally one experience Marathon(r) could have trained & well prepared himself for for the day of race.

To those who are beginners, what should they do to prepared themselves to avoid getting hurt for any unforseen situation/s, its neccessary to do research for methods to train oneself, what to look out for (potential dangers) & whats necessary to prepare for the race itself.
